Basic Support
From £750
  • We'll act as the main point of contact for all event requirements from the event organiser.
  • We'll ensure all relevant marketing deadlines are met.
  • We'll explore media opportunities to boost your exhibition presence.

Intermediate Support
From £1250
In addition to all elements of the basic support package we will;
  • Work with you to develop an event communications plan to ensure presence at an event is publicised.
  • Manage direct marketing to customers and prospects
  • Write press releases and distribute to the relevant media pre show.
  • Manage your pre event social media campaign.

Advanced Support
From £1750
​In addition to all the elements of the basic and intermediate support packages, we will;
  • Prepare copy for marketing materials for the event (flyers / brochures / price lists)
  • Source promotional items for distribution at the event as required
  • Ensure date capture and follow up processes are established and delivered during the event
  • Prepare a post event evaluation report
  • Manage your event budget
